Delete your MeowX account

MeowX Go

1. Sign in and open your profile.
2. Open Account & Security, then select the account deletion option.
3. Read the confirmation and complete the identity verification shown in the app.
4. Check the result displayed by the app. If it reports a failure, follow its instructions or contact support.

MeowX Driver

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Open the account deletion request page.
3. Read the explanation, provide the requested reason and confirm your outstanding payout situation as shown.
4. Submit the request and check the returned result. A submitted request is not confirmation that all processing has finished.

Request help without signing in

Email support@meowx.com.au with the subject “MeowX account deletion request”. State whether you use MeowX Go or MeowX Driver and provide the email address or phone number associated with the account so support can identify your request.

Do not send your password, verification codes or payment card details. Support may need to verify account ownership before proceeding.

Personal information and request status

See the MeowX Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is handled. For questions about the data associated with your request, records that may need to be retained, or when processing is complete, contact support. This page does not confirm that a particular account has been deleted.

中文操作说明

MeowX Go：登录后进入个人资料 → 账号与安全 → 注销账号，阅读确认内容并按应用提示完成身份验证，最后查看处理结果。

MeowX Driver：登录后进入设置 → 删除账号申请，阅读说明、填写原因并核对待结算款项情况，提交后查看返回结果。申请已提交不等于所有处理已完成。

无法登录：向 support@meowx.com.au 发送删除账号请求，说明使用的应用及账号绑定的邮箱或手机号。不要发送密码、验证码或银行卡信息。客服可能需要核实账号归属；处理范围和状态请以客服回复及应用返回结果为准。
